Digital /Technological Project – What is it ?
From small to large companies, including startups, digitalization in 2023 and beyond is inevitable.
Through multiple experiences within financial departments, I have noticed significant disparities in the conceptualization and implementation of digital projects / technological.This motivates me to share my experience and tips.
So, what is a digital/ technological project for financial departments?
Here's my definition:A digital project aims to implement a tool, a solution such as an ERP, software, robotics and automation, artificial intelligence (which has been in the spotlight lately), mainly focusing on digitizing and facilitating the processing of financial and accounting information for internal and external needs of any organization.
For example, your finance department plans to implement Oracle or SAP in 2024.
